Occasional Bookings

Warnham Village Hall is a popular venue for parties and wedding receptions, with both the Village of Warnham and for people coming out of Horsham, and beyond.

The main hall is used for both dancing and seated functions, the small hall is often used for serving a buffet, the kitchen can be set up for serving drinks and the wooden floor is ideal for dancing.

The hall is accoustically good and a band or disco is best positioned on the stage. Sound levels are controlled by a noise limiter in the main hall, for the benefit of users of the hall and local residents.

The hall is decorated in neutral colours, which provides a pleasing backdrop to the party or wedding being held, allowing the hall to be more easily decorated to the clients individual taste.

The hall has available for use 20 large tables (6' by 2'6"), eight small tables (3' by 3') and 140 folding chairs, most of which are stored on trolleys for ease of positioning throughout the hall.

Generous set up time is allowed for parties and wedding receptions.  Wedding receptions have the evening (from 6pm) of the preceding day for setting up and exclusive use of the hall for the day of the wedding.

Warnham Village Hall is increasingly used for meetings and events, both by local organisations and groups coming to the village.

The hall offers:

good accoustics for all events

large number of chairs and tables

projection screen over the stage (projector available on request)

Recent examples of meetings and events include public meetings, fund-raising events, art classes, exhibitions and lectures.

The spring and summer shows of the Warnham Flower Show are held at the village hall, and the hugely popular Warnham Church Bazaar is a long standing event at Christmas.

The village hall was originally planned with theatre use in mind, and can be set up for cinema use by any organisation.

The village hall has an large stage, with proper stage lighting and good acoustics ideal for Theatre productions.
